What we've built

An engineering workshop

The problem. Admin ran across several inboxes, supplier price lists, a paper job card and a cash book. Many cash-on-delivery customers had no contact details on record, so overdue invoices were hard to follow up.

What we built. A Hermes agent on the workshop's own computer, with small apps around it. It summarises the inboxes each morning, builds supplier orders, turns the cash book and bank statements into a directors' dashboard, and sends polite payment reminders from an accounts address. A person approves or rejects every final order, and anything uncertain about a customer is left for the office.

The result. The first reminder run reached 22 customers, each delivery-checked, with six held back for the office. Job cards now print in one click.

What we delivered

Built price-search and ordering mini apps for two product ranges, with a basket and order sheets

Rebuilt the company website
Set up a dedicated accounts email address for payment follow-ups
Built a mini app that finds missing customer contact details on the customer's own website, and flags anything uncertain for the office
Built a payment reminder engine with safeguards, and ran and verified the first round of reminders
Set up scheduled jobs: weekly agent updates and reports, a weekly dashboard refresh, a weekly register email, a weekly contact lookup, weekly payment reminders and an end-of-day system shutdown
Kept the agent up to date, including a model change to lower AI running costs
Transcribed the paper job card into a print-ready, editable template with a one-click print shortcut
Installed and configured the office printer for double-sided job-card printing

A camping and fishing resort

The problem. Fishing was always fully booked, but the campsites needed more bookings. The owner wanted busier social pages using their own photos and videos, plus a weekly view of nearby resorts.

What we built. A Hermes agent on the resort's own laptop, with its own inbox. The owner drops photos and videos into a folder, and three times a week the agent drafts camping-first posts from a campaign calendar. Each draft is emailed to the owner to approve, edit or skip, and nothing is published without approval. On Mondays it emails a competitor digest built from public sources only.

The result. The setup was installed, tested and handed over with a user manual. Facebook is connected, and the first test post is live.

Approval kiosk

People approve anything that matters.

People stay in charge of anything that commits you. An agent can draft, sort, and follow up. It does not send the thing that commits you. On the floor, a green card is work in progress. When a decision needs a person, the card goes to the kiosk and turns amber.

Your data stays in the systems you choose. An agent only reaches the accounts, folders and tools you connect, and anything sent to a cloud model follows the provider you pick. We keep copies of client material to a minimum and we walk you through exactly what each agent can reach before it goes live. If work must never leave your building, we'll design it that way.

We will also tell you when it is not an AI problem. An agent bolted onto a broken process just breaks faster.

What will implementation cost?

Fixed quote per project after the free consultation. You get a written scope before anything starts. An optional monthly care plan is quoted with the project if you want it.

Do I own the keys?

Yes. Accounts, API keys and data stay under your control. We don’t lock you into our stack.

Does it work on WhatsApp, email and web?

Yes — we meet your customers where they already write. Channel pairing and sandboxing are part of setup when messaging is in scope.

How do you handle POPIA?

We map where data goes — your systems versus model providers — before anything goes live, and we walk you through exactly what each agent can reach.

What happens to my data?

Do I need technical staff?

No. You need one person inside the business who knows how the work flows. We handle the setup, the connections and the handover, and we train the people who will actually use it.

How long until it's working?
