These terms cover the 8gents website. It is published by LML Development (Pty) Ltd (“LML Development”, “we”).

What the site is

The site explains how we help businesses see where AI agents could pay off, and how to ask for a consultation. It is general information. It is not legal, financial, or technical advice for your business, and it is not an offer we are bound to accept.

Asking for a consultation

The forms and the chat are a way to ask us to get in touch. Sending them does not book a time and does not create a contract. We reply from info@8gents.xyz when we can help. We may say no, including where the work is not a fit.

A price is given in writing after the consultation, for the work described. Nothing on the site is a quote.

The chat widget

“Ask 8gents” answers from a short script on the page. It can be incomplete or wrong. Don’t rely on it for a decision. If you need a real answer, use the form or email us.

Questions you type stay in your browser unless you choose to send your details. The privacy notice explains what happens then, including the delivery through Web3Forms.

What you send us

Don’t send information you are not allowed to share, and don’t send account passwords, card numbers, or special personal information such as health information or a child’s information. Tell us only what we need to reply.

You confirm that the details you send are yours to give us, and that they are accurate enough for us to reply.

Using the rest of the site

You may read the pages and share links to them. Don’t copy the site and present it as your own, and don’t try to break, overload, or misuse the forms. The interactive figure is a demonstration on the page. It is not a record of a real client’s work.

Privacy

How we handle personal information is in the privacy notice. That notice is part of these terms. It covers the consultation form, the chat widget, and Web3Forms.

If something goes wrong

We take care with what we publish, and we can change or remove pages at any time. To the extent the law allows, LML Development is not liable for loss that comes from using the site, from a chat answer, or from a form that does not arrive. If a form fails, email info@8gents.xyz.

Nothing here limits rights you have under POPIA, or any other law that cannot be limited.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of South Africa. The site is available worldwide.

Changes

If we change these terms, we will update the date at the top. A consultation we have already agreed in writing stays on that written agreement, not on a later change to this page.
